For the KVK we show you the way
We don't handle registration with the KVK, incorporating a BV at a notary, tax matters or bookkeeping ourselves. We explain which steps to take in which order and point you to the right place: the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, a notary or an accountant. That way you know exactly what is left to do while we set up your website and systems.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also handle the registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK)?
No. Registration with the KVK is done by you or through a notary, depending on your legal form. We point you to the right place and explain the order in which to arrange things. A Dutch BV must always be incorporated through a notary.
Do you give legal, tax or accounting advice?
No. For the choice of legal form, taxes and bookkeeping we refer you to a notary, accountant or the Dutch Tax Administration. We focus on your website, email and business systems.
What does the starter package cost?
From €795 one-off plus €45 per month, both excluding VAT. That includes the website, SEO basics, domain, the set-up and management of your business email, hosting and the starter guide. The Microsoft 365 licence comes on top and you pay it directly to Microsoft. Third-party costs, such as KVK registration or a notary, are not included and you pay them directly.
How does the business email work and what does it cost?
We use Microsoft 365 Business Basic. You take out the subscription yourself with Microsoft and pay Microsoft directly, at their current price per user. That way you stay the owner of your email and data. You give us administrator access to your environment, after which we connect the domain and set up the mailboxes.
What does a larger package with CRM, invoicing or sales cost?
That depends entirely on your requirements, so we always make a custom quote. After an intro call you receive a proposal with fixed prices per component.
Can I add components later?
Yes. You start small and add what you need. The starter package can grow into multiple pages, a web shop, CRM or invoicing.
Do you also work with founders from abroad?
Yes. We work in Dutch and English and build remotely. For incorporating a Dutch company we refer you to a notary and accountant. A Dutch address and a bank account are arranged through them or with the bank directly.
