Why I started Uniscale
I'm Josh, founder of Uniscale. Since I was young I've been working with IT, websites and online marketing. I took it seriously. While my peers were still figuring out what they wanted, I knew early on that my future was in technology and entrepreneurship.
I've spent years working in telecom, IT consulting and marketing, at various companies and in all kinds of roles, including at GSMweb. When my last employer went bankrupt, it was of course not a pleasant situation, but it did make me think. I had seen up close how companies get into trouble, and how they can get out of it again.
Instead of applying for jobs, I decided to build something myself. In 2026 I started Uniscale, with a simple idea: small and medium-sized companies deserve a partner that thinks along. One point of contact, honest advice and matters we arrange quickly and without fuss, instead of twelve separate suppliers who all do their own thing.
We've only just started, but the foundation is in place. Built on years of experience.
